We recommend good lawyers who have a responsible reputation and we are comfortable working with to make sure all our customers are fully aware of the buying process and the cost of purchasing a property; (working to 10% of the purchase price, gives a good idea of the costs (these include local taxes and legal fees)).

Our prices are inclusive of our commission irrespective of whether we are working with another agent or not, so there are no hidden costs.

We offer mortgage information, by working closely with major banks in Spain to give our customers the best possible mortgage at the time of purchase. We go with you to the banks and legal agencies you will need to speak to.

We are in a very responsible position as we act as agent for both the vendor and the purchaser in the buying process and we liase between the various bodies involved in the sale, e.g. Vendor, Buyer, Lawyer, Bank to make sure everyone is focused on achiveing an easy and secure purchase/sale.

Because we own and work in our business, we are able to be very flexible and can act quickly if necessary.

Personal experience of buying our own house and setting up an S.L. Emprezza (Ltd company) enables us to offer you the experience of actually doing it ourselves. (This includes importing our furniture, dogs and motorcycles to the island of Fuerteventura, which, looking back, was actually quite easy). So we are able to offer real help in finding the right people to offer you other services you might need.
