Dear Caroline and Steve,

Just a few lines to say how happy we were with the excellent service that ye provided when purchasing our property in Caleta, Fuerteventura. We first met Steve in May 2007 when we went to Fuerteventura to look at properties. My first contact with Steve was via phone prior to this. We also had contact via e-mail with our requirements.

On arrival in Fuerteventura we made arrangements to meet Steve to view his selection of properties. We fell in love with a property on Costa Golf two in Horizonte. But unfortunately it fell through and we were very dissapointed. But we didn't have to despair for too long as Steve worked his magic and accquired another property on the same complex for us. ( For which we are eternally grateful ). Steve and Caroline also arranged our solicitor in Puerte Del Rosario. So we didn't have to do any running around to sort this.

I'll just finish by saying a very big thank you to Caroline and Steve for all they did for us. I would also like to say to any potential buyers out there that ye can't get a friendlier and more helpful couple to look after you than Caroline and Steve.

Buying a property at the best of times can be frustrating and even traumatic. Add distance, language barriers and cultural differences to the equation and it can become quite overwhelming to the point of putting the most hardened individuals off. We bought a property through Millenium Property World in 2005. I can’t speak highly enough of both Steve and Caroline.

We were familiar with the property market at home but this was our first property purchase abroad and we were quite wary based on numerous stories relayed to us over the years.
